"Sarah Osmotherly is an Aussie country girl who is the life of the party. But a call from her daughter prompted Sarah to embrace a quieter life at home instead. That doesn’t mean the parties have ended. They’re just now in the backyard."
Is that last sentence not the most depressing thing. At first I found the ‘I’m a mormon’ ads funny, but the more they’re shoved in my face the more they made me angry. I just do not understand why they feel the need for these ads, which I assume are meant to help normalise the Mormon faith, to carry such a heavy and overbearing ‘the mother must stay home’ message? I believe in freedom of belief so i’m not offended by their choice of religion, I just cannot fathom how a Church is so comfortable showcasing their huge wealth in the broadcasting of these ads mostly to tell women to stop chasing a career and get back in the kitchen.
